Jockey Club Rehabilitation Seating Service Centre
1. How to apply for rehabilitation seating service?
Download and email the completed service application form to jcrssc@sahk1963.org.hk or fax to 2690 1522. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange assessment service.
2. Is there any charge for assessment service?
Local assessment service is free-of-charge. We also accept service applications from Macau and the assessment fee will be negotiated.
3. How much is a rehabilitation seat?
In view of the different needs of each user, each rehabilitation seat is priced differently. After assessment, our therapist will suggest suitable rehabilitation seating products and provide a quotation. After the acceptance of the quotation is confirmed, the production process will commence.
4. What is the average waiting time for a tailor-made rehabilitation seat?
Assessment will be conducted within 3 weeks upon receipt of service application. We will normally arrange such service within two weeks for users aged above 70.
5. Is there any maintenance and after-sales services for rehabilitation seats?
All products purchased from our Centre enjoy maintenance services offered by the manufacturer or dealer. And we provide one year warranty for our own rehabilitation seating products.

6. How to apply for rental service?
Download and email the completed service application form to rental@sahk1963.org.hk or fax to 2617 3689. We will contact as soon as possible to understand your needs.
7. I do not know which models of rehabilitation products to rent, what should I do?
We provide free consultation service and our professional therapist will select suitable rehabilitation product(s) for users.
8. Can I reserve rehabilitation products?
Users can reserve rehabilitation products by deposit on a first-come-first-served basis.
9. Is there a minimum rental period?
There is no minimum length of rental period and rental fee is calculated on a weekly basis (7 days).
